Ongoing work with Academic Institutions

I enjoy the very different ways I get to continually contribute to the work taking place in academic institutions as a lecturer, conference keynote, panellist or speaker, as a PhD Supervisor and in a range of collaborative projects in Scotland and internationally.

A sample of the institutions I am working with currently and have worked with recently include:

  • Edinburgh College of Art (for example, I am a regular contributor to the Cultures of Politics of Display course)
  • Glasgow School of Art (various and ongoing for example, I have been a Friday Event speaker, co-supervised PhD’s and have been a speaker for the Urban Housing Forum for the Mackintosh School of Architecture)
  • Northumbria University (I was a contributor to the Gender Diversity in Archives conference), University of Glasgow (various and ongoing including value-led leadership training for Hunterian Museum and Art Gallery)
  • University of St Andrews (a panellist for the Hands Off! Conference - The Politics of Collections conference and a guest speaker for the Growing Roots: Creating (with) a sense of place programme).
  • University of Cambridge (Speaker, Linderism conference, Kettle’s Yard)
  • University of Leeds (I am a contributor to the Feminist Art Making Histories project)

Please let me know if you are interested in inviting me to contribute to programmes, courses, symposia, research, coaching or training of staff.
